About Me
My name is Jack Runkle, and I worked as a Visa Officer at the U.S. Department of State from 2011 to 2020 (you can verify my identity on my FAQs page). I have conducted more than 60,000 visa interviews in 17 countries and I’ve supervised dozens of other Visa Officers. I retired from the government in 2020 and have since dedicated myself to helping hundreds of visa applicants like you pass the U.S. visa interview.
I have worked at U.S. Embassies and Consulates in 17 countries including India, Pakistan, China, Nigeria, and Mexico.
I have extensive experience conducting interviews for the full range of nonimmigrant visa categories including B1/B2 tourists, F1 students, H1B workers, L1 transferees, and E1/E2 investors. I also provide coaching on immigrant visa interviews, including the CR1 spouse, K1 fiance, and EB employment categories.
Your future is decided the moment of your visa interview. Make sure you are prepared by practicing with a real, retired U.S. Visa Officer!
